A publishing systems expert, she has an extensive background as both a newspaper systems editor and senior installer of computer systems. A veteran of the U.S. Army Signal Corps, Susan began her newspaper systems career at the San Jose Mercury News, where she was key-participant on the Pulitzer Prize-winning team that kept the Merc in the hands of readers the day after the horrific earthquake of 1989. After spending several years in systems management at the Cincinnati Enquirer, she joined Atex as a senior installer in 1997. She joined the staff of SCS in 2004.

 

Susan formed Technology Beyond Print in November, 2008, bringing her vast hands-on experience in systems requirements as well as vendor installed products and training to you in a complete, 21st century publication assistance package.
